A DREAM AWAKENED: Malayalam television serial, "American Dreams", begins broadcast on Asianet today

WASHINGTON, D.C. - On September 20, 2002, Asianet Global Television network will broadcast "American Dreams," a new television serial produced by Ushas Entertainment LLC, USA. American Dreams is the first Malayalam television serial set completely in the United States. In this backdrop, the serial aims to explore the lives of Malayalees in the U.S, their successes, and their struggles. Amercian Dreams was directed by well known television and film director, Shajiyem, and boasts a cast starring veteran actors in the television and film industry like: Padmini, Geetha K.S., Sarath, Ravi Vallathol, and Mallika Sukumaran, in addition to a host of talented local actors.

American Dreams will be broadcast weekly on Asianet beginning the weekend of September 20, 2003. So please tune in for the first episode of American Dreams!(Show times below):
